DR. RENÉE A. BEACH
Renée A. Beach is a medical doctor (M.D.) with specialization in dermatology and a board-certified fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (F.R.C.P.C.). She established DermAtelier on Avenue with the goal of providing dermatologic expertise and excellence to patients of all skin types in a modern and comfortable setting.
Beach prides herself on having a direct, open communication style with her patients and an approach that prioritizes patient needs and therapeutic comfort. She enjoys working alongside patients to help minimize their medical dermatology issues and improve the health of their skin and ultimately, their quality of life. In her approach to cosmetic conditions, Dr. Beach is also collaborative and committed to enhancements and solutions that focus on evidence while achieving optimal, naturally beautiful aesthetic results.

DR. BEACH IN THE ACADEMIC SETTING
As an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, Dr. Beach consistently contributes to research and teaching within her field. Her dermatologic research has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (JAAD) and the Archives of Dermatology (JAMA Dermatology), among various other peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Beach has fulfilled requests to present her clinical approaches and research findings at regional and national meetings, including the Canadian Dermatology Association (CDA) conference. Additionally, she has been recognized for her dedication and outstanding volunteerism at the University of Toronto with the Arbor Award and received international awards from the Women’s Dermatologic Society and the Skin of Colour Society for her research. At Women’s College Hospital, she teaches dermatology residents one-on-one in clinic and through group-based academic day teaching sessions.
