Concerns of a medical nature are insured through the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) and are available with a valid Ontario Health Card.
- Referral from your family physician or your nurse practitioner is required.

These appointments are triaged based on the acuity and severity of the condition. A valid OHIP card is required for booking and at the time of assessment in-office.

Please note, for patients outside of Toronto, referrals are prioritized for cancer/ skin malignancy, other referrals are generally redirected to the referring provider for consideration of assessment and care closer to the patient's home and for feasibility of in-person follow-up.
